Day 64 - Weigh Ins and Father's Day

Hello lovelies!
A wonderfully delightful Sunday to you all.
Well, it is Sunday again, so you know what that means...
WEIGH IN DAY!
I promise you, I did not disappoint. :D
My weight today is...
140 lbs!
YAY! :D
I am happy beyond words.
That was the goal I was hoping to reach, and I did it.
I hit another one of my targets, and I feel like dancing. :)
This system I have got going now really and truly works.
I love it!
At the rate I am going, I hope to be in the low 130's by the time my boyfriend comes down sometime in July.
I am going to work super extra hard this week!
I went on a bit of a junk binge yesterday, which is probably why I did not lose more weight.
No more junk binges for me, I promise!
Between reading ED books/blogs, watching ED documentaries, and working on my ED project [mentioned briefly in last post], there is no way I am going to let myself slip up!
I have to be the best I can be, I have to be in control.
And I will be. ;)
So today is Father's Day.
The day of the year where we celebrate our good ol' Daddy.
Yes, I still call my father Daddy, and I am 21.
Do not judge me! :P
Haha, this is going to be more like his birthday than Father's Day.
We got him tons of presents. :)
We are going to a cookout at my aunt's house after my parents and sister/brother-in-law get back from church.
I hate cookouts.
So much freakin' fattening food.
BUT IT IS SO GOOD!
Gah!
I think my plan of attack is to eat small half-servings of everything.
I do not know yet.
I guess I will know when I get there.
I am not going to cross off the weight goal under my Goals tab just yet; I only like to cross them off when I am under the number for good.
Oh, yeah, volunteering yesterday went awesome.
The patients loved Jen, and I talked to them for an hour and a half!
I am excited to go back next week. :)
I hope you all have a magnificent Father's Day; you deserve to!
Stay positive, stay beautiful, my lovelies. <3

  3. Hey, Sweetie Pie! Well done on reaching your goal, you're gonna be super skinny in no time!

Family get togethers are evil, especially when there are a lot of you and everybody has to bring something! At my last family gathering there were about 11 bowls of food. Everything from lasagne to potato bake, it was epic! I made a Greek salad with nuts, seeds and fresh nasturtium flowers. I'm the hippie in the family!

Your calorie and exercise plans are inspiring! You go, girl! Good work spoiling your Pops! Nice to know that even when you get to 50, you'll still be Daddy's little girl! Shweet! <3. XXX.

P.S. I love your blog, the pink and black combo is wicked!
