Day 85- Struggling

Hello lovelies.
Hope this finds you all well.
This is going to be another short post.
But I have to admit something.
I am struggling, big time.
I do not know if I want to eat this much food any more.
I do not know if I want to be what everyone considers "healthy" anymore.
I feel so fat.
I feel like this is not happening fast enough.
I feel like all I do is binge.
I am so conflicted.
I do not know what to do anymore.
I am also concerned about my goal weight.
I have a large frame, and I am worried that when I reach my goal weight, people will think I look sick, which may equate to me being hospitalized.
Good thing that is a long way off, yet, but still, it really frightens me.
I hope it does not happen, but one never knows.
I hope you all are doing better and are happier than I am today.
Stay positive, stay beautiful, all of you. <3

  1. Don't worry lovely, just stick at it and everything will work out alright :) any loss or no loss is still better than a gain right? You are making progress even if it feels slow, don't worry, try to stay healthy, it will help you look better when you reach your GW :)
I don't think you will look unhealthy at your UGW, but if you feel you will or do you can stop loosing before that if you want :) just stop when you're happy :)
    Stay strong,
    Lottie x

  2. In my opinion, 'healthy', like so many other things in life, is horribly OVERRATED!!! Never be afraid to become that which you dream of, anything is possible. Large frame or not, you may get to your goal weight and look utterly fabulous!

A good guideline to follow is to eat only when you're hungry. If, like me, you can never tell, eat a handful of food every 2-3 hours. Otherwise, just have something to drink. Most hunger is really thirst in disguise.

Hang in there, Sweetie. All shall find the light at last. Love you. <3. XXX.

  3. I am sorry you're struggling. :/ I don't know if I could eat that many calories a day and be satisfied. I feel like it wouldn't happen fast enough for me, just like you're feeling right now. I probably eat way too few, but so far I feel okay. I'm a bit dizzy sometimes but I've never come close to actually passing out. Caffeine really helps too. With all the coffee I've had today I've been bouncing around the house like a crazy person. lol Anyway, I hope you cheer up honey. You've been supportive of me on here and I don't want you to be unhappy.

  4. Sorry you feel this way :(
I definitely get where you’re coming from. Sometimes I just want to not eat for a week so I can reach my goal faster, but I seriously think you should stick to your plan. I know it will take longer but you’ll also be more likely to keep the weight off after you reach your goal. If you start starving yourself it will be really difficult to stay at your goalweight. But of course it’s your choice and I totally understand you.

  5. you do seem to be doing this in a more healthy way, and you are so dedicated, it's amazing. i know how annoying it is when results arent instant, but they will come! you never know - you may stumble across a weight that you are happy with and make that your goal weight when you get to it - and that's instant :)
    keep strong xx

  6. I know it is easier said than done- but worry about what might happen when you get there- when you are there.
Your focus should be taking care of your body- I know it isn't easy when you see the scale now moving the way you want it to. But look at what you have done so far love.
It takes us years to put on the weight.. Wanting to take it all off in a blink is not the smartest choice. The desired one idd. but not the best way to go.

I think you are doing amazingly. You are a bundle of positive energy <3 Having a bad day is ok. Just brush it off tomorrow and go back to your happy self. I know you can do it.

The way you are doing it. Being active- watching what you eat is how I wish I could do it. And you know what- after I get back from the honeymoon I am planning to follow your ideas and do it healthy and properly and work hard for it.

*hugs* take care of you love <3

  8. You're not alone love. We all go through those moments when we're having those mental struggles and we're not sure which path to take. (I hope you feel better soon!) All I can say is, try different things (different calorie numbers, eating plans, such) to find out which one works the best for you. Just because you're 'supposed' to eat a certain amount of calories doesn't necessarily mean you're obliged too- every one is different! ♥

  9. we all have ups and downs and go through difficult moments, where everything seems all gloomy and hopeless. I can assure you though that you'll soon find the strenght that you need - in the awareness that you had fallen down, but still managed to get up once again. You are strong and you can do it.
Like Kitty said, focus on what might happen when you get there. Take it little by little and you'll be there in no time. xxxx stay strong and happy :)
