I am finding out quickly that not eating while I am at home is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be.
My parents are constantly forcing me to eat food that fried, greasy, and that has a bazillion calories in it.
And because they literally watch me eat, I have to consume what is put in front of me.
Hello there, Hell.
Ugh.
Every bite is a guilt trip, because I would NEVER willingly eat that crap if I had the choice.
Unfortunately, my choices do not matter. :\
So here I am, being forced to gain weight by the same people who so staunchly encouraged me to lose this weight in the first place.
Seems rather hypocritical, does it not?
I am through trying to rationalize my parents' actions, however.
I discovered something, hence the title of my post.
Everyone has their own special "safe" food, right?
Mine is crackers.
Graham crackers and saltines, specifically.
My mom thinks I am off my nut because I am ALWAYS eating crackers.
Hahaha, but do I care?
Nope, because it means I am eating less than she is.
And that, to me, is victory.
Do any of you have a "safe" food? What is it? :)
I have no clue what we are doing today.
I really hope it does not involve food, but lots of exercise instead.
God knows I need it, ugh.
I hope all of you have a great day, and remember to stay strong! :D

I'm sorry that your parents make you eat food. :( But the exercise will balance it out! :) Crackers are a great safe food! Mine are cheerios or strawberries. I love that picture (her eyes are stunning), especially the quote. I'm going to remember that quote!
