Ugh.
So this is what I get for being a girl.
Is this Mother Nature's way of torturing me for not being in better control in the past?

This is what I have eaten thus far:
- 5 saltine crackers (60)
- 1 Special K bar (90)
- 1 container Soup at Hand (70)
For a grand total of...
220 calories.
Cheers to that!
I want to try and keep today's total under 500 calories.
I just had the most amazing workout ever.
Treadmill, elliptical, and exercise bike.
All in one go.
45 minute workout.
I love it!
I feel super energized now.
I live for this feeling.
This is the best!
For now, off to watch TV, hehehe.

Edit: So I ate dinner. A stuffed chicken breast (290) and some rice pilaf (100). That brings my total (final) to 610 calories. Not exactly what I wanted to happen, but I ate with my roommate and she would have been suspicious if I had not eaten anything. :(


Awwh I'm sorry, I hate being on my period also. Mine was supposed to come four days ago, but hasn't showed up yet.. At least you have no appetite instead of cravings! Congrats on your intake and workout! The feeling after a intense workout is the best. Good luck and stay strong! <3
